Gmail MCP is a self-hosted, read-only bridge that lets
one person's own automation tools read that person's own Gmail. It runs
on a private server, requests only the
gmail.readonly scope, and is used by exactly one Google
account — the owner's. It is not distributed, has no users other than
the owner, and stores no mail anywhere except the owner's server. See the
